These terms govern your use of elitedev-agency.com. By browsing the site or sending us a message, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This website describes what EliteDev does and gives you a way to start a conversation. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of availability, price, or timeline.

Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, payment and ownership. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, do not scrape it to build a competing listing, and do not use the contact form to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful.

The EliteDev name, logo, site design and copy are ours. You may not reuse them as your own without written permission.

This does not touch client work. Under our project agreements, clients own the code, design files and infrastructure we hand over at completion, exactly as described on our services pages.

You keep ownership of anything you send through the contact form. By sending it, you give us permission to read it, store it, and use it to reply and prepare a proposal.

Do not send confidential material through the form before a confidentiality agreement is in place. Use it to start the conversation, not to transfer sensitive information.

The site links to third-party pages, including client and community project sites and our TechBehemoths profile. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or current.

Some projects shown on this site are illustrative examples rather than delivered client work. Where a project is real, it is credited to the named client or organisation.

To the extent the law allows, EliteDev is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and any dispute falls to the competent courts of Kosovo.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
