EliteDev L.L.C. operates elitedev-agency.com. This policy explains what personal data the website collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

It covers this website only. Work carried out under a signed project agreement is governed by that agreement and any data processing terms attached to it.

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, the enquiry type you selected, and whatever you write in the message field. We ask for nothing else, and there is no account to create.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records aggregated usage data: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics identifier is stored on your device.

Separately, Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without storing anything on your device, using a request-derived hash discarded after 24 hours. It runs on legitimate interest rather than consent, and you can switch it off on the Cookie Policy page.

Contact form data is used for one thing: replying to you and scoping the work you asked about. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry.

Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where people give up. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie banner and can change at any time.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Three processors handle data on our behalf: Resend delivers the contact form emails, Google Analytics processes cookie-based analytics if you consent, and Vercel hosts the site, processes standard server logs, and provides the cookieless page view counts. Each acts under its own terms and only for the purposes described here.

Contact enquiries stay in our email system for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and are deleted on request.

Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured on our property. Your cookie choice stays in your own browser until you clear it.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

You can withdraw analytics consent, or object to the cookieless page counts, using the switches on our Cookie Policy page. Both take effect immediately. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo.

The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions travel to our email provider over an encrypted connection, and API credentials are held as server-side environment variables that are never exposed to the browser.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever puts your data at risk, we will tell affected people promptly rather than quietly.

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be made obvious rather than buried.
