Services
Everything you need to ship, in detail.
Six disciplines, one team. Pick what you need or hand us the whole roadmap.
Product & web engineering
We design the architecture, build the product, and hand over a codebase your team can actually own. Next.js, TypeScript, and Postgres by default, adjusted to what your product needs.
- Full-stack web application build
- API and database architecture
- Payments, auth, and third-party integrations
- CI/CD pipeline and staging environments
Mobile app development
One codebase, two app stores, no compromise on feel. We build, test on real devices, and manage the release process through App Store and Play Store review.
- Cross-platform React Native build
- Offline support and push notifications
- App Store and Play Store submission
- Crash reporting and release monitoring
UI/UX & product design
We research the problem, wireframe the flows, and design a system your engineers can build from directly, not a static mockup that falls apart in production.
- User research and flow mapping
- High-fidelity UI design in Figma
- Component-level design system
- Developer handoff and QA support
Platform & infrastructure
We set up infrastructure on AWS or Vercel, automate deployments, and put monitoring in place so you find out about problems before your customers do.
- Cloud infrastructure setup and IaC
- CI/CD automation
- Monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Load testing and cost optimization
AI & workflow automation
We scope where AI actually saves time in your product or operations, then build it with proper evals, guardrails, and fallback behavior.
- LLM feature scoping and prototyping
- RAG pipelines and eval harnesses
- Internal workflow automation
- Cost and latency monitoring
Ongoing product partnership
For teams past MVP who need consistent velocity without hiring a full in-house team. Weekly planning, direct Slack access, transparent hours.
- Dedicated engineering and design capacity
- Weekly sprint planning and demos
- Direct Slack and async standups
- Flexible monthly scope
How an engagement actually runs
Four checkpoints, from first call to a product running in production. You always know what happens next.
Discovery call
We talk through the problem, the constraints, and what success looks like in 90 days. No sales deck.
Scope and proposal
You get a fixed-scope plan with milestones, timeline, and price. No open-ended hourly billing.
Design and build
Weekly demos so you see real progress, not a status report. You can redirect scope at any checkpoint.
Launch and support
We ship, monitor the first weeks in production, and hand over documentation your team can run with.
Common questions
Questions we hear before a project starts
Less than most agencies ask for. You'll get a weekly demo to react to and a single point of contact for questions, but you don't need to sit in daily standups. Most clients spend an hour or two a week with us once a project is underway.
It depends on the type of project. A design-only build, meaning website design and frontend, usually takes 4 days to 2 weeks. An MVP or full software product takes longer, up to 12 weeks depending on scope. Either way, you get a firm timeline in the proposal before any work starts, and a demo every week so you can see whether we're on track.
Yes, as long as they're able to work within our process, meaning our sprint cycle and check-ins, rather than us running two separate processes side by side. That's what keeps a combined team productive instead of tripping over each other.
