EliteDev

About

A small team that ships, not a big agency that meets.

EliteDev is a software studio based in Prishtina, Kosovo. We design and build custom web and mobile products for founders and growth teams, and we measure ourselves by what's live in production.

Why we exist

Our mission

Make businesses run smoothly and faster, instead of their own systems slowing them down.

Most companies that come to us are being held back by the software they already have. A process that needs three tools and a spreadsheet. An internal system nobody wants to open. Work done twice because two teams cannot see each other. We build the thing that removes that friction, then get out of the way.

Our vision

A studio from Kosovo that competes on the quality of what it ships, not the size of its sales team.

We want EliteDev to be evidence that serious product work happens here: that a small senior team in Prishtina can build software that stands next to anything out of a larger market, then hand it over clean. Our client work, our own products, and what we give back to the local tech community are all meant to make that case.

How EliteDev started.

EliteDev started with a group of engineers and designers who kept meeting the same frustrated founder: someone with a clear idea, a real budget, and nothing running after months of agency invoices.

So we built the company around the opposite process. Scope and price agreed in writing before any work begins, a working demo every week instead of a status report, and a codebase documented well enough that your own team can take it over on day one.

The three principles we're built on

Privacy, quality over speed, and long-term partnership.

01

Privacy built in, not bolted on

Every website, app and system we ship is built to protect the people using it and to meet the regulations that apply to it, from GDPR to Kosovo's data protection law. Consent handled properly, data collected only where there is a reason to, compliance designed in from the first sprint instead of patched on after an audit. We think trust is earned by showing it, not by claiming it.

02

Quality over speed

A fast timeline is only worth having if what lands actually works. When the two pull against each other we protect the build and tell you early, instead of quietly shipping something fragile and calling it done.

03

Long-term partnership

We would rather keep one client for five years than win five one-off projects. That means writing code your team can take over, saying so when a feature is not worth building, and still being reachable long after launch.
